Hey guys, If a man winks at you when you say goodbye but sorta looks away and smiles does it mean he definately fancies you? Or could it just be a friendly gesture?? If my instincts say he fancies me am I most likely correct?

It is ENTIRELY dependent of the guy. I never wink but you'd know if I "fancied" you.
