maybe she doesnt realize she is flirting with him, maybe she does this with everyone but you notice it more because it is with the person u like. but apparently they are friends, i would get her to ask him what he thinks of u and stuff, if he asks why get her to say well i was thinking of hooking u 2 up because u would look cute together or something. thats what i would do.
