Please can anyone help me?, I have experienced constant stabbing pains on the top of my head for four months now and have pins and needles mainly in my hands, feet and face. I also get dizzzyness.

Wow, long time to suffer. They can be symptons of neuralgia. compression of nerves can cause nasty pain, I know! You need to see your GP but shouldnt avoid due to worry. I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia. its not life threatening just life changing and with medication starting to ease.

please drink distilled water (you can buy a distiller) and also exercise every day, eat organic fruit and vegetables and most importantly dont combine proteins and carbs together.When you wake up in the morning only eat fruit until 11 then have a bowl of porridge,best of luck !

This doesn't sound like a skin condition at all. It sounds neurological. Please see a doctor as soon as you can. Report all symptoms, and if you are having dizzy spells, please have someone else drive you.

Please, go to a dr. asap!! This sounds like it is serious. Please let the dr. know every symptom you have been having, and for how long. Take care.
