i am bi curious and have hooked up with 2 girls in the past but nothing serious. i would really like to meet a girl to have a relationship with but am finding it hard to find one. i have gone to the local gay bar but sometimes straight girls go and i fear rejection and i am shy when it comes to hitting on girls. plus only the butch type seem to hit on me. i never have a problem with guys coming up to me so i do not know how to go up to a girl. i am a girly girl and want a girly girl too. how should i go about meeting someone? what do girls look for in a girl? (i know i should know this! =D) any advice or ideas are greatly apprieciated!!!

A friend of mine is bisexual and pretty good looking too. We're very good friends (which I will not elaborate) and talk openly about many personal issues.
She says that the gay bars are usually not the place to find nice girls. Mostly butch dykes are the only selections there. She goes online to fidn the nice ones. By going online, you don't have worry about being shy and you can have a lot better luck.

Maybe you should try match.com, or other online service. I have had good looking lesbian gals chase after me in the past, from looking at my straight gal profile. I imagine that you would find many women interested in you there.
