of you mentally feel when they dont have this control anymore?
For example those that manipulate or mentally abuse...how does it feel for them once they dont have that power over someone they did once before? Can anyone relate or any professional opinions?

My husband had control over me for 30 years. I am a changed person when he is not around and a different person (the person he wants me to be) when I am with him. This was the cause for much rebellion in our house. I was always justifying myself, my actions and my thoughts and ideas. The mental abuse and manipulations caused me to play right into his hands. He had me believing everything he said, even though I knew I did not agree with him (puppet).
Since I have got to know myself, my inner strenghts, morals, beliefs and principles, I have had the conviction to stand up to him for my rights.
Believe me, since then we are living in HARMONY. He stepped down like a puppy. Today I am in the position where I possibly can abuse and manipulate him - something I would never do.

if you get into an arugment
and it does not come out the way you wish it would
do not pretend to compromise
while witholding your true feelings
yield your positions gracefully
it is not neccessary for you to be right or to always win arguments
it is not neccessary for you to find the flaws in another person's position
it is not neccessary for you to feel belittled if the other person wins
we are all one
there are no sides to take
when all is said and done, if you are wise you will go along with what is happening anyway

Once a person who is in control over someone loses that control, they usually become the controlled, or easily controllable person.
