Last night, my ex boyfriend(who has been harrasing me for the past 7 or 8 months, and my new boyfriend for the past 5 or 6.) thought that me and my boyfriend egg/sillystringed/put bologna on his car, the previous night. But we didnt we stayed at my house the entire/day night. I have plenty of witnesses to prove it also.

Well last night, when my boyfriend was on break, he was also on the phone with me, and my ex pulled up right beside him(my bf was in his car) and started shaking his car, and cussing at him, then he jumped back into his car threw an egg at his car and drove off.
This isnt the first nor the second time my ex has came up to my bf's work and harrased him. My bf has even gotten the police involved before when he hit him in the face, and they said they couldnt do anything.(was even on Walmarts cameras.)
This morning I get a nice surprise all over the front of my house, eggs and eggshells everywhere.Could I get him in trouble if for what and what should I do?

what you got were lazy cops the didn't want to sit and do the paper work for a mere assault charge, you need to call the station and tell them what happened and that the officers dispatched to the call refused to file a report, if he hit your boyfriend in the face, then that is assault. you need to document everything he does with the police, and then you could get a restraining order against him, and if he keeps persisting then you would have everything documented and then you could have him charged!! and not only that if you do nothing then he will see your bf as being weak and pick on him when ever he can. if it was me i would have f ucked his s hit up right then and there! No PO PO.

Keep the personal issues out of it and take him to small claims court for the damage to your property. Take pictures and make sure you have witnesses. Judge Judy will throw the book at him if you can prove he did it. Document everything he's done and track all witnesses with each incident.
