Sorry I'm not a boy but I think I can say something on this. :) I don't know how old are you and if you've kissed anyone before but i say 'Go for it'! If you know he has said he wants to kiss you then I bet he's just too shy to make the move. Still not sure? Try getting a bit closer to him the next time you meet him. Move your lips close to his like it was something natural but don't close your eyes. If he comes back at you or closes his eyes then it's time to attack. :) You'll know when it's time. I made the first move with my boyfriend, but I actually knew from him that he wanted to kiss me...
I don't think he will mind, but keep in mind that some guys want to feel like they are the ones with the pants on, so they like to have all under control, by this i mean, make the fisrt move themselves...
just be cool about it. Don't think too much, when the time comes he will kiss you or you will kiss him, it will be like soooo normal.

Heyyyyy, I'm not a boy but I recently kissed my boyfriend for the first time.. Usually the boy will make the first move, but depending on the boy you might have to.. for example he might be really shy and will be relieved if you do it. But since he told his friend he wants to kiss you, he will probably make his move sooner than you think . ;]

i may not be a guy but i've kissed enough times to know that if u want to kiss him then 9 times out of 10 he wants to kiss you and do more. so if u want to kiss him then kiss him.

When he is standing by his locker, sneak up and stand behind him. When you know he's turning around, give him a little smooch and walk away with him dazed behind him. He'll so want to kiss you then. But, don't go too intense before you marry.

i'm not a boy, but if you reallly like this boy and you know he wants to kiss you, make your move. you might want to wait a little longer and watch for signs, but pounce i=on him beofre its to late. maye he is to shy to make the first move, so do it for him.

kissing is easy. just touch lips for the classic smooch then work your way up. just dont use too much tongue. always a turn off.
