No, cocoa butter won't do it. If you have birthmarks (or moles or any other skin conditions) that bother you or are unsightly, consultation with a dermatologist is warranted.

Unfortunately they are Permanent. Most people with visible ones to the public try and conceal it with some make up. But it’s always a great idea to seek and speak to a doctor in that field. There are new developments in medicine all the time.

My son's were surgically removed. I have not doubt that cocoa butter will not work, come on people, think!

the only way i know of is having it removed by a doctor. my son has a quarter sized one on his leg and the doctor told me (when he was born) to keep an eye on it for bumpiness or hair growth. he said it should be definitely looked at and possibly removed if it changes appearance.
