Why move? If you're a single mom i'm guessing your budget is tight. Stay where you are for the in-state tuition and save yourself the money.

I think that we could use some more info to help you with this question...but I think you should go for it.
Your daughter will benefit by seeing you go for your dreams and better yourself. She will value herself more for it. Moving will be hard on her - but the benefits outweigh the deficits.
