My mouth waters at the thoughts pervading my mind already! If you've got it, make some cornbread and put out some black-eye peas with freshly diced onions for a side dish combination. For the main dish, do up some sliced boneless chicken breast with some lemon juice mixed with basil leaves and coarse ground black pepper. Brown the chicken in a skillet with some olive oil and serve garnished with a slice of cheese(Swiss would be best!) melted over it. You can thank me later after you've stuffed yourself!
