The authentic accuracy of the Bible is well established. School children in Israel study the Old Testament as a history text for their nation. College students there work towards degrees in the history of their nation by using the Bible, even to receive a license to be a Professional Tour Guide. As a written record of history, it matches the verbal record passed from one generation to the next, and the current editions remain unchanged from the earliest manuscripts
Just because it seems far-fetched to you does not mean it isn't real, and true. It really means that you haven't studied it at all.

The Bible is a collection of 66 books written over a period of 1500 years with an unmatched continuity of thought and concept. The only way you're going to find out for sure is to read it for yourself.

I agree, there is absolutely positively no proof whatsever to support that the bible is true. Take for example Homer's Odessy (Homer being the greek poet, not the simpson). It accurately described many locations in the mediterranean sea as well as several historically documented events... yet we know it as a work of fiction, because it is a work of fiction. The bible functions similarly, except some people will gladly accept it as truth as long as they are granted "eternal paradise". I do not suggest they hold their breaths.

The contents of the bible were plagierized from the Sumerian and Egyptian cultures. So they changed names, locations and created new characters and placed them all in there and the confusion only bred more confusion in the form of what's known as religion.

the bible is real, the bible contains history. also it contains the future. it talks about the future in revalations. it has signs of the end of times. and we have seen some of the signs already. also a man invented B.C. and A.D., im sure you've heard of that in history calss... why are the time lines focused on B.C. which stands for Before Christ and A.D. which is Anno Domini, which is latin for year of the Lord

The Bible is the Word of God... its the Final Authority. God has said all he has to say to men..,.in his Word ...which is the Bible. When Jesus said on the Cross... it is Finished... He meant what he said...If your not a Christian then, this probably doesn't make much sense to you.

The Bible itself says it is from God, mankind's Creator
2 Tim. 3:16,17: ''All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.''
