Whenever we had leftover spaghetti, my dad would put it in a casserole dish, put some cheese on top, and bake it in the oven.

I used to make a great casserole with pasta, sauce, ground beef, sliced green pepper, and mozarella. Just layer all the ingredients, making sure you put some sauce in the bottom to avoid sticking, and cheese on the top for a nice browned appearance, and bake at 325 until warm.

If you don't have any sauce, you can use canned stewed tomatoes cut up well.

Rotini or shells work the best for the pasta.

Good luck!

Save the sauce separately from the pasta. Rather than throw away the pasta, freeze it in a freezer bag. Next time you want pasta and sauce, just microwave it and voila'! Instant pasta with sauce. Hopefully, you didn't already mix the two together!

The profile who said bake it in the oven with cheese, that is a good idea. I actually made pasta last night and have a lot leftover, I think I will do just that. I just wonder how long I should do it and if I should bake the spaghetti then add cheese? Idk, l've been learning how to cook a lot lately so this would be a good opportunity, anyone know?

Put the sauce onto the pasta, grab a fork, dig in! =)

Enjoy, and if you don't want it right then, save it for lunch another day.

Mix in some cooked meat and veggies with some cheese.... MMMMMMMM. My ex used to mix pasta into his scrambled eggs. He loved it

DAN'S SPAGHETTI EGGS

Leftover cooked plain pasta or noodles
1 egg, beaten to each c. cooked pasta
butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt small amount of butter in fry pan over medium to medium high heat. Add cooked pasta, stir until pasta is heated through. Beat eggs in small bowl; add salt and pepper to taste. Add beaten eggs to pasta in fry pan. Stir until eggs are cooked.

Good Luck

Put it in a blender and puree. Spray some cooking oil into an ice cube tray and then put the 'spaghetti soup' into the ice cube trays and freeze. When it is frozen, empty the cubes into a freezer baggie and when you want to thicken something up add a cube. These cubes won't really taste like anything but starchy tomato, which is good for everything from soup to beef stroganoff.
