The previous answers are correct. You can catch all the same diseases from oral sex, even if the man does not ejaculate. You can get oral herpes, gonorrhea of the throat (doesn’t that sound nice,) AIDS/HIV, syphilis, and Chlamydia to name a few.

If you have ever done oral before -that salty taste you get from him every now and again, thats the precum (its clear and sticky kind of) and the same crap that is in his sperm, is in PRECUM...so dont think you cant open up your mouth to viruses and diseases..hopefully you or him dont have any lesions or cuts and even still, you can break the skin. I would say do this on someone you trust and dont underestimate people.
