Michael Waltrip's car was penalized for having some kind of an oxydizing compound in his intake manifold, so it created more horsepower.
They won't say exactly what it was.
He was penalized 100 points for it, and only earned 73 in the race, because he only finished 30th. (the worst finishing car that didn't crash)
