No, not a glassful. If you drank too much for your stomach to handle, you'd probably just vomit. And the acid won't harm you either. Stomachs are full of acid. That's how we digest food. The stomach has a lining of mucus which protects the tissue. Unless you have an ulcer, you can drink lemon juice, grapefruit juice, even vinegar, with no ill effect.
In days of old, men on board ships on long voyages drank a ration of lemon juice each day, to prevent scurvy. (Vitamin C).

"Too much" of anything can hurt you. That's why its too much. Too much lemon juice will probably start to tear up your insides and create ulcers. A lot of lemon juice is fairly harmless.
As far as a bet goes, I've drank a 24oz bottle of RealLemon juice in about four minutes on a dare. The only problem besides a three hour sour face, was that it burned when I burped.

Depends on the quantity. A little lemon juice aplied before bed can help get rid of dead skin cells, and open blocked pores. But do it before bed, because it can make your skin a bit red. if u hav oily skin a little lemon would do good. and if skin has pigmentation or suntan, mix glycerin or curd with lemon and apply before shower. Lemon juice can tingle your skin but it's tolerable. The best is:- 1.-Make some refreshing lemonade using half a lemon. 2.-Then take the half of the lemon and turn it inside out. 3.-Rub it gently all over your skin except the eye area and keep on rubbing it GENTLY for like 15 minutes. 4.-Wait for another 15 minutes. 5.-Wash it off with fresh water(neither hot nor cold). 6.-Do this only in summers and if you have oily skin. BEST OF LUCK -shelly

It could be harmful for your teeth as the lemon ph is too acid... coke is more acid though... all that acid will propably cause some heartburn, and maybe hicckups, other than that, if you have a healthy stomach it won't harm you..

Its better in water its full of antioxidants and its better to use real lemons. Roll the lemon once it is room temp. Squeese into glass of water put wedges in the water enjoy. You can get this when you are out to eat and not pay for a soft drink. I would not drink too much straight tho, it will take the tarter off your teeth.
