I found an old recipe that I had made months ago. It doesn't say how long your supposed to leave your pork chops in the oven for. All it says is:

Coat chicken with mayonnaise
Dip into breadcrumbs
Set oven to 350 degrees
Cook till' lightly browned or crispy

Obviously I'll have to be checking till' their crispy and browned, but would anyone know approximately.. how long this will take? Anyone made a similiar dish? I make beer chops all the time and that takes an hour. I don't know if this would be an hour because I'm scared of the mayonnaise getting to watery. Can someone help me?

Coated pork chops, I usually bake 425 for about 20 minutes...

At 350F I'd say 35 to 50 minutes depending upon the thickness of the chops.

1/2 chops at 350 will take about 30 min... less if very thin or longer if very think...
BUt to make pork chops crispy you should cook at 400 for 20 min... the oven should be at cooking temp whan you put them in .

Porkchops take longer to cook then chicken so it could effect mayo maybe it will seperate. personally I never like to heat mayo just because at certain temperature it will turn and spoil very quickly. I always coat meat by dredge in flour then dip into egg ( scrambled) then in crumbs.Much safer. If you use mayo cook porkchops about 1 hour . For chicken pieces about 50 mins . If meat is not ready reduce oven heat by 25 degrees Hope this helps. If you are lookig for a nice bite to your meal you could sub the mayo for itailian dressing ( no risk) same effect.

I bake my chops for about 25 minutes at 350. Any longer and they will be dry. Yuck. If you want them crispy then sear them before baking.

For pork, give it about 45 minute's before you check them. If the chops are white in the middle, they are done.

it depends on the thickness of the chops,if they are about a fourth of an inch, i would bet it would take 30-45 min. try to mix some mustard with the mayo, that would taste even better.

Well it depends on what cut of meat it is. If it is chicken and it has bone in then it will take longer than boneless. If its a boneless chicken breast I would cook it for about 35-40 minutes. If it has bones then it will take an hour for sure.

the mayo is to hold the coating on...it will not get watery...it takes chicken about an hour to get done.
