I'm playing music on my windows media player, however I'm a little bit simple in the head......duh?!? Is it possible, if you have several tracks from one artists to put them in a group so that you only have the artist name once on the screen and can see all the track by clicking on the single artist name?

Library tab next to 'Now playing'. Make sure 'All music' is highlighted on the left column below and you should see all the music you have on the right. Click on the bit where it says 'Artist' and all the tracks should be sorted in order of the artist's name.

Good luck

depending what version you are using, in 10 & 11 you can change how your tracks are displayed. you get a menu on the right hand side, just select artist and it will bunch all tracks under that artist neme, the same with album or style..

It should default to that view on its own. If it doesn't, go to the Library tab and select how you want to view the categories. There is a pull-down menu.

You can edit all of that in the library tab.
