No, Moses had a wife from Africa and as far as I know there is nothing in the Bible against interracial dating, therefore I do not think it is a sin.

It is about as much of a sin as a left-handed person dating a right-handed person. - Sin, sin, sin, - most sins have been invented by Early Church Leaders.
Take away the sins that have come to us by Religious Empires, and this is what is left.

I dont think that interracial dating is a sin at all. as long as u treat the other person with respect GOD should not have a problem with it. he does say in the bible, "love thy neighbor as you would yourself". and that applies to everyone whether you share the same ethnic background or not.

My opinion on interacial dating is acceptance! What God wants is what I want. God might have it in his plan to see two people of different races and nationalities to be together. It is not a sin and God is love! he doesn't care.

*No. God did not want the Isrealites to marry the heathen because they served multiple gods. The new testement merely states that a believer sould not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever. Religion or lack thereof is what god is interested in, not race.*

"Dating" per se is a sin - if a couple want to get to know each other better before marriage they can do so with a chaperone
Interracial marriage is fine and a wonderful thing
Inter-religious marriage is a bad idea
So it would be great for say an Asian Muslim to marry an African muslim
but a total no-no for an Asian Muslim to marry an Asian Hindu, for example
