When I go to run NEro 6 application to burn anything it disappears?

I still need help? When I go to burn or back up files on my computer Nero 6 disappears, how can I fix this?

Try unistalling it then reinstalling it, if it doesnt work, chances are your version is currupted. Call the manufacturer if the problem persists.
