just ask her out b/c girls will b flattered that u asked them.
also girls sorta expect guys to make the first move cuz they feel weird about " girl asking a guy out"
so if u really like this girl and dont ask her out , ur most likely to end up just wordering how it coulda been

well if u like a chick then u need to tell her how u fell thenshe can let u know if she fells the same way n just cause u have a disabilty dosent meen any thing i have a lot of disabiltys so dont worry about that k good luck

Dude, I say just ask her out.
Having A.S doesn't mean you have less of a chance. There is someone out there for you, and she might be the one.
The worst thing that could happen is that she will say no. If she says no then you will have an answer which is better than not knowing.
