usually when people tease you it's not for a good reason. Teasing makes you feel like crap and if they like you why would they make you feel bad? Well.. unless you are a child. Children do very childish things, so it really depends on who's asking.

well first off the fact that he makes fun of you in front of his friends can really have two meanings the first that he does like guys normally make fun of the girl they like and the second is this guy does not like you or respect you for him to make fun of you in front of his friends so you have to just come out and confront him whether he he does or does not like you

guys have many ways to show a girl that he likes her and not so obvious way.
maybe he does or he just lyks to mess around.
