I think the Army does. There are more Army there now than Marines.

And yes, Amethyst, the Civilians do have more casualties, however the person asking the question did not include them in their question, therefore didn't want to know. But thanks anyway.

there have been more army casualties in Iraq. like most have said it is due to the fact that the army is a larger force then the MARINES.
over 3100 deaths plus 10 times more wounded. to many to begin with

Number of soldiers - the Army has had far greater loss because they have the largest numbers serving. Percentage - the Marines have twice the death rate of the Army.
20% of the 3100 deaths are non combat. The rate of death is less than .00392 per military personal in Iraq (that is 3.92 per 100,000 - not bad for people who have people trying to kill them)Vietnam had 5.6 times as many deaths.
