I really would purchase from an authorized dealer. I seen alot of people get ripped buying stuff off ebay. As for the amps I wouldn't recommend any of them.

Don't go cheap on the amp. You can either spend your money now or in a few weeks when you realize that amp is junk.

i would go with the ma audio just cause there a better quality of an amp.

Check out Hifonics..Brutus 1206 also on ebay. I've used 'em. A lot of 'em. Fair pricing and so far great product.
