Below is my standard answer, just insert 'National' where it says 'Yahoo'! Several thousand people recieve notification that they have won this money every day. No genuine lottery asks for you bank details or a courier fee. Most companies who run lotteries are also capable of using a spell and grammer check!

It is scam. Yahoo do not run a lottery, if they did you could guarantee it would be advertised all over their home page. Check out these links and search answers to see how many people 'win' the exact same lottery every day
http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=630...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lottery_sca...

Do not click on any links, the page you will be taken to will look authentic but is not
Do not send them a 'courier fee' or any other money
Do not hand over any bank details or passwords

Do report spam
Do delete

Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch. You cannot win a lottery if you havenot bought a ticket.

(I've answered this question so many times that I now keep this answer on my desktop and just copy and paste....that should give you a clue!)

What you have here is a rip off. They are trying to get info on you so that they can get your personal info for identity theft. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY UNREQUESTED YOU RECEIVE ON THE INTERNET!!! YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING, EXCEPT A LOSS OF FUNDS SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE. IT'S JUST A SCAM.

The newest one's that is going around is that Bank Of America request info about your account for some reason. You probably do not even have an account with them. If you do have an account, call or visit them with a copy of the e-mail. Another one is a newer version of Lotto Winnings. If you never entered you can not win.

Never give personal info to unrequested e-mail!!!!!!!

These things are invariably a scam to get hold of your personal details which can then be used for identity fraud at some future point. Another trick is to ask for a small amount to cover administration or "release" costs. You then never see anything for your money, but if you have paid by a credit or debit card - you have let them know many of your details. Do yourself a favour - always send e-mails like this to the trash can promptly, and if your email programme allows mark them as "spam".

Prince ... If you didn't enter the UK National Lottery, consider it a scam. Even if you DID enter the UK National Lottery, it STILL may very well be a scam.

You had better check out things very carefully before you divulge any information in reply to this type of message.

do no longer even get excited with this. extremely some fake messages come from a number of scam websites affirming those stuffs. you purely be attentive to this. There are opportunities that they are in a position to hack your account quantity or credit card quantity. the final theory is to forget approximately approximately this.

You can tell it's a scam look at the email contact address.
If this was real a place like this would not have a yahoo address to reply to,it would have a proper buisness one.
The scams always use yahoo or hotmail or one similiar to this.
