Throw out the pasta (not really just put it in a container with cold water to the noodles dont stick and put it in the fridge) and if the sauce you have isnt a thick meat sauce grab some lean ground beef or turkey, fry it up and add it to the sauce. Then pour it over some really good buger buns or sliced french rolls and call it an Itailan Sloppy Joe. Its awsome.

Freeze the sauce. it'll last a good while and you'll have it for another day when you are short on ideas! You can always add it on top of other things like chicken, beef or polenta.
For the pasta, make a salad out of it and add fresh fish (tuna, halibut, or salmon) some diced veggies like tomatoes, artichoke hearts, celery carrots etc - toss with vinegared or just couple cloves of garlic, some olive oil and red wine vinegar.

if your pasta is separate, make a "pie" (works best with spaghetti or linguine). in a large bowl, beat 2 or 3 large eggs with 1/4 cup Parmesan and some salt & pepper to taste; add spaghetti & mix well to cover pasta. grease a pie pan (glass or light colored metal or ceramic is best) and put spaghetti/egg mixture in, pressing to the bottom and up sides of pan to form "crust." mix some mozzarella and parmesan cheeses (1/2 cup each should be plenty) and layer on top of pasta, cover cheeses with pasta sauce, top with a sprinkling of parmesan, if desired. bake at 350f for 20 minutes, or until pasta crust sets and filling is heated through. serve with crusty bread & a green salad.

Just as some others have mentioned. Add mozzarella or ricotta and bake, but also throw in some peperoni. This is what I always do with my leftovers and the whole family loves it.
