no harm whatsoever.... . as long as your teeth aren't sensitive to cold..
I do the same.. .. snack on frozen raspberries... blueberries etc...
any fruit snacks are good for you.... so dried..frozen..pureed...stewed... tinned...glace..or fresh... whatever way you have fruit is better than no fruit in your diet..
Try putting frozen fruit such as raspberries/strawberries etc.. into drinks to chill them instead of ice ... nice...and nutritious
.. or add frozen fruit to yogurt ...making an instant good for you ice cream ........

I also love eating frozen blueberries. I don't think there's any harm in eating them this way. I also enjoy frozen blueberries mixed with yogurt for a great healthy treat.

I agree, the frozen blueberries will go mushy and soggy when they thaw. It will normally be first-class to spend slightly extra money and time to search out recent Strawberries and Blueberries. You do not need to smash an great cake!

Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits and one of the highest in anti-oxidants. Freezing them is a wonderful and happy way to chomp them. Many people haven't yet discovered that freezing them is a fun way to eat them so the instructions are to tham them before eating. That's all!
Eat some blueberries for me, too!

I do not believe you are doing yourself any harm. What they mean by defrosting is that the blueberries would be more suitable to eat. bettyk

no harm, you'll just get more flavor if you let them thaw a bit. If not in the bag, let them thaw in your mouth by eating them slowly.

I really don't think it's bad. They're just giving you instructions for how people would typically eat them. But if you like them frozen, go for it.
