I am not sure if these are Athetists or Agnostics but one religious group burns up a christian cross as a sign of hatred against Christians. I mean.. I have never heard of a religious group that their religion is about being against another religion
I also know that not all Athetists hate christians, but some are
My question is: Why do some athestists hate Christians?

Atheists generally don't hate anyone, we leave hatred to the so-called Christians. Real Christians don't hate anyone either.

Atheists are not organized in a way that would lead them to burn a cross. You must be thinking of the KKK, who, curiously enough, think of themselves as Christians.

Some atheists hate Christians, I suppose, for the same reason some Christians hate atheists. They feel threatened by them. Since neither belief system can be supported by irrefutable evidence, it's all speculation on both sides. (Though I tend toward the atheistic, I'm mostly agnostic myself.) I think that atheists and Christians need each other desperately It's a sort of Sado-masochistic tango.

I have never heard of an Atheist burning a cross as a sign of hatred. This is what Christian groups like the KKK do to intimidate African Americans and Jews.

Actually Christians do a pretty good job of burning their own crosses.... ie: in Louisiana

But seriously, you are generalizing... not all atheists feel the same way about Christians... just like not all Christians feel the same way about Atheists.

There is only one religion that is by definition based on the distain for Christianity and that is Satanism.
(which in my opinion is a silly religion because you can't have Satan without first believing in Christianity)

An agnostic is just a deist too wishy-washy to admit it. Neither agnostics nor atheists burn crosses to my knowledge. That is in the purview of the KKK, a god-fearing Christian organization. Perhaps you've heard of it?

I don't think "some atheists hate Christians." Some people will hate just about any old thing, it has nothing to do with religion.

well i know some have it against christians because at one point they too were christian and had bad experience. another reason could be because some christian evangelicals who got in their face preaching the bible to them turned them against it. disrespecting their personal space and ability to think on their own while shoving the bible down their throat and condemning to hell those that dont listen...

as far as burning the cross the only group ive heard of do this is the KKK which from my understandings is a christian base group.

I have never heard of an atheist or agnostic group burning a cross. I have heard of a christian group burning crosses. The KKK is well known for it.

Christians are the ones burning crosses. The KKK is a Christian group.

Nope, sorry, that's the Christian KKK that burns crosses as a sign of hatred against black people.

Athetists? O----kay.

I, an ATHEIST, hate Christianity - not Christians.
