She works there, i go there to get coffee, i dont know her but she is hot and i dont know how to ask her while she is working. I dont want her to get in trouble or for her co workers to hear. Any Suggestions

If she is the person you pay for the coffee, then include a short note with your money. Tell her you think she is very attractive and would like to take her to dinner sometime, then leave your phone number. Hopefully she will either call you or give you a note in return the next time you buy coffee. I know it sounds like High School stuff, but with a note, no one will over hear what you ask and she can't get in trouble.

I work at Java City. So, I'd say the best approach is to come in when it's not too busy. Usually late at night it's slower and there is more time to talk to a person. Find out her schedule if you know her name. Come in during the times when it's slow so you don't have her brush you off because she is at work. The best approach is to smile and say...Hi..you are so beautiful..Can I have your number? It's quick..you are complimenting her. I'm not sure if she will say yes or no because some people have that rule of not dating customers.
