also find a message board in that area and see if you can post something

in the usa, alot of people write to talk shows and the people there do the work.
Are there any like styled shows (like oprah) in your country where you could write in and ask them to help you.
I guess that the problem is that they would want you to be on the show... but it could be alot of fun and you can be pretty certain that they could find your parents way more quickly than you could.
It would be worth a try.
