I have bad knees, which is heredity in my family. I have tried over the years to work out with as lillte pressure on my knees, but lately they have been giving me much pain. I'm only 29 and don't want to have to look at knee surgery before I turn 30. Is there and over the counter pills that can help in lubricating joints or something like that. Or maybe if anyone might know what John Elway did, sincwe he played his career with no cartilege in his knees.

I have terrible arthritis in both of my knees from injuries I received in a bad car accident.

Over the years, I have tried just about everything out there to ease the pain.

The thing that I have found to work best is a product called "Arthritis Advantage" It is an all natural supplement, that you can buy in just about every drug store, or places like Wall Mart etc.

You only have to take one tablet per day. It takes about a week or so before you start to feel relief, but it really does work. I have tried going for a while without taking it, just to see if it in fact was the thing helping me, and after not taking it for a few days, I could barely bend my knees. I started taking it again, and I am once again pain free. I was really surprised how well this stuff works.

As far as other supplements go Arthritis advantage is rather inexpensive. It is only 12 dollars at wall mart for a months supply. I highly recommend it.

I wish you well in finding relief from your pain.

OTC anti inflammatory can help the pain. For some people shark cartilage can help. Try doing non-weight bearing exercises such as water aerobics. If you are over weight loosing weight will help.
