for several days when i click a link or open a new page in windows it says windows not responding and freezes?

then it sends an error report to outlook or wherever ~ whats up? its driving me crazy!

Disc clean-up, Defrag system, System Restore. all are in system tools>click all programs>accessories>accessibility>system tools. click on either of those and follow the prompts, you will have to reboot after.
