if you're asking for yourself, i think it is great that you will bring it up in a public forum as it shows you want help more than you want to off yourself. suicide is not the answer to your problems and is very cruel to those you will leave behind. your state should have a suicide hot line; do a google search and find the number, call it and they will get you in touch with a therapist in your area who can help you. therapy is very uncomfortable for while as at times you will feel as though you are strong and for lack of a better word cured, only to a days or even hours later be at your whits end again. it takes time but be courageous and attack this illness. if you had a broken leg you would go the doctor and get it fixed. your brain, just like many millions of people's (mine included) does not regulate itself properly and you need to go to a doctor to get help with fixing that problem. good luck and best wishes, but please do not commit or try to commit suicide.

when i go to the clinic there are pamphlets on the wall with more information regarding these issues. You might want to find your local clinics in the area and simply walk in and pick some up. It is hard to direct you because when you say "more" i am not sure where you have already gone for information.

Yeah! try the Internet and if you want one-on-one go to your local hospital they will help you also.
