If aliens come down to earth and talk to humans who tell them that the universe was created purely for them, won't the aliens be offended?

Genesis is about the making of one world - they didn't know there was more than one back then - now we have hundreds of billions of star systems - why can't we leave the silly superstition behind and come of age?

Mr Ed, its just rational thinking based on facts such as the well known Drake equation. All we need to do is survive for a few centuries and we may get correspondence from other intelligent beings. Life on earth is an existence theorem - a mathematical term meaning we know its possible because we have an example of life on a planet orbiting a star - this one. I'd tell you not to be so closed minded but if you're religious you've probably been brought up to be that way.

thankfully with both the distances and timescale involved in this large universe I think that will never happen.

a) you're assuming they're starting off, evolving, and growing in the same epoch as we do.
b) you're assuming they're going to be anywhere near enough to reach in a sane amount of time, or assuming SF stuff such as traveling worlds, FTL drives, and worm holes.

The Baha'i faith teaches that every sun has its worlds and every world its own life, and that to be human constitutes a soul which is capable of representing the unlimited realities of virtue and ability, and that bodies which are of the human form change according to evolution, and the physical needs, which don't equal in power to the spiritual form/soul.

Therefore it is certainly possible to assume, though they appear mightily different in form physically, yet they be proven as having a "human" soul if they are able in any to demonstrate virtue beyond the instinctual body - according to these beliefs - it would be like a race issue, rather than religious....

I have wondered about this possibility, and past trends would suggest it a likely outcome, as the world progresses from the presently ordering world humanity, to a universal one...

This is unlikely until the next universal revelation of religion IMO, if at all, and is not fit to speculate too much, as that would cause a misuse of time compared what's immediately necessary, such as the immediate recognition of equality of women, which would be the very means of peace in this world, there is no doubt!

They would see the aliens as being demonic or fallen aliens and try to kill them. B They would see them as Gods and worship them. or C. Have to update their way of thinking and try to convert them or D. Just accept reality.

Why would we tell aliens that the universe is only for humans? If there are aliens (intelligent or otherwise) then it's obvious that God created them as well.

The thing most dangerous to humans, other than the complete destruction of the world, are humans themselves. If religion causes an interstellar war, it will be between humans.

The war you speak of occurred back in the age where Satan challenged God in Heaven, to attempt to over throw Him [God]. This war ended when God cast Satan and his demons (1-third of the angel populace) down to the earth. Hence; we have the terminology "fallen angels" ! Satan will once again, attempt to instigate another war in Heaven.
