i think cintron would beat williams. both fighters have bad defense, i think kermit cintron has a decent chin whereas williams has never been rocked. but i think when cintron lands his punches on williams, hes gonna feel him a lot more than cintron is gonna feel when he lands his punches on him. plus this is the first time where paul williams is not gonna have a huge height advantage over his opponent. hes only gonna be a couple of inches taller instead of the usual 5 or 6 he usually has. cintron can match him physically in terms of size and strength. cintron by dec or ko

Cintron has too much power for Williams. Plus, Williams hasn't taken on serious competition yet. Paul may have an edge in stamina and speed,but Cintron has the edge in power and defense.
I don't see this fight going the distance. I think Cintron will finish this by the eighth round.

Hmmm...interesting. Williams hasn't been tested, but Cintron has...he got blown out by Margarito. Nevertheless, I go for Cintron in an 11th round knockout or stoppage.
Bearing in mind the outcome of the Cintron-Margarito fight, and the predicted outcome of this fight, it would be interesting to see how Williams deals with Margarito's power.

arms down, i p.c.. Cintron to certainly smash Paul Williams. there is not any way that williams will stand up to cintrons tricky punches. i think of a extraordinary hook will placed williams to sleep. Cintron has all the momentum extraordinary now and with Steward in his corner gets the activity performed.

Both fighters can punch with Cintron having the better chin. I believe that Cintron would win by TKO in the 9th round.

Cintron is a great puncher but Williams is no slouch. Williams has a 10 inch reach advantage and is also a good boxer. I have to take Williams by decision.....
