I have this insane little dog that loves to eat anything that the family eats, last night he discdovered the joy of bananas. I know that some foods, fruits, vegies, and candies can be poisionous to dogs and I just want to make sure this isn't going to hurt him.

Food and Vegetables are good for you dog. They are omnivores like us, and will eat plants in the wild. Just don't give them too much.
