Can I claim them as my dependents for my Tax return .They were on tourist Visa and they have no source of income .

nope! You must have a SS# for them to put on your return. No SS# means no dependent status.

You can file an ITIN request with a W7 form. They ask for tax forms for dependents but if you look on the form regarding why you are filing choose the one that references being claimed as a dependent but does not qualify for SSN. When you send the form in you dont need to be concerned about tax records because they are dependents. Contrary to so-called requirement of perm resident or US citizen you can file. It's one of the things that is not publicized.

Since they do not have a social security number and they were here on a tourist visa you will not be able to claim them on your tax return.

No, on a tourist visa they wouldn't have a social security number or an ITIN, so you couldn't claim them.
