I met this guy a a singles get together on Valentines day and we just clicked from the first wrods we spoke to each other, and have been basiclly inseperable since then. He has asked me to come and watching movies with him and stay the nite with him tonight...My question is, knowing how most guys think that "staying the night and sex goes hand in hand" is it too soon to be thinking about staying with him?

It depends on how you feel. When you're comfortable, it's time, just be careful because some guys only want one thing.

Yes..especially if you want to be in a relationship. Men will do and say anything to get "seX". It's in their genes! LOL If you are attracted to the guy and like him it will be hard to say no. It all depends on what you want. Do you want a relationship with him or do you just want to "have fun?'' If you want a relationship I would reconsider staying the night. Just make up some eXcuse like I have to get up early tomorrow or I have to go do something. Staying the night there you will be tempted to do things with him. Especially, if he is a hot guy. I thought I could say no...but really when you are in the moment and you have someone trying to convince you that it's ok and that it won't change things...You end up doing the "deed". Better to be with someone bf and gf then have seX with him and having him never call or contact you again! For most men...if they don't really get to know you yet..they just want to sleep with you. Trust me..been there and done that. Don't give in. Let him work for it. Take your time and get to know each other more before you jump into the sack with him because when a guy wants you to sleep over...He's going to try and get you into bed. I was naive once...don't be like me!

Yeah, wait till you spend the night with him. But, it's not a bad thing to go watch a movie at his place. Just be sure to let some of your friends know where you're gonna be, in case something fu*ked up should happen.

You can't trust anyone now a days.

Talk with him about your concerns. There is no right or wrong time when the two of you are on the same page. Remember you can always spend the night in each others arms talking well into the night without having sex!

uh yes! what are you thinking. You dont know anything about this guy you just met him. He isnt a long time friend or companion. Get serious! How old are you?? This man could be a rapist, murderer anything and you would just be an unsuspecting victim. Does anyone else know him, have you introduced him to anyone. Forget all of that just say no! get to know him atleast six months before you decide to stay at his house be smart about it.

You just met this guy 6 days ago. You don't really know him that well. Do you really want to go and stay with someone you don't know. Sure, he seems like a nice guy; but you never know. I wouldn't think about having sex with him that soon anyway. Give him something to work for!

Whether he's expecting sex or not, you have no obligation to give it to him just because you stay together. If you both feel the time is right, go ahead. You may want to wait a little longer just because it feels more special when you've been waiting on it, but it's completely your decision.

I would go to watch the movie and not stay over. Its way too soon for that and think of what he would think of you if you slept with him? He would lose all respect. take it slowly. If you would have to stay cause of distance etc make sure you sleep in a sep room.

I did this several times and never had sex. You just have to let the guy know that you are willing to stay over but you are not interested in sex just yet. Let him know when you are ready.

Know that:

1. He might want sex.
2. He might be a weirdo... even if he seems the nicest man in the world (get to know him more).
3. If you DO have sex then he might have a disease (YOU NEVER KNOW).
4. Know that NO condom or pill can keep you from getting pregnant!
