There are several words used to describe a group of ducks:
badelynge, badling, bunch, brace, bunch, gaggle, flock, paddling, raft, team and waddling are the common ones.

In flight a group of ducks is called a "team"
On the water a group of ducks is called a "paddling" or a "raft"

A raft or team or flush if on land , a Paddling if on water , a Plump if flying a dopping when diving

And a lute if they are mallards

Flock is used for any kind of bird so could be used for ducks too
