Nice things? why tell a girl NICE things when you can tell TRUE things. it is not about being...nice...it's about being open and sincere, start writing on a sheet of paper and let the words flow, express what and how you feel about here, let it all out, and then write it in the letter.
do not censor, to not leave anything out and do not try to block the flow of words with reason, just write it according to what you feel, at first it may seek strange and hard but keep writing on and you will see that those true things you are saying(because if you only wanna write that letter to "nail" her you should just lose the idea) will turn into beautiful things.
a raw pearl is beautiful because it is natural, and no one has interfered with it
and do not forget to leave embarassment behind...write as if you were all alone in the world, not as if someone else was reading the letter. write to yourself.

The net is filled with sites for love quotes. You can also just say whats in your heart, what do you like and admire about her. What makes her so desirable to you.. Don't be over bearing no promises you cant keep. If she is for you she will love it.
