Do you think its weird 4 a girl 2 call a guy 1st.....should it b the other way around? ....how do u know when someones not interested in u...that they just want 2 b ur friend?

It depends on the kind of person you are whether the rules really exist or not. You are either going to be traditional or modern. If you're traditional you think guys should call girls first, and open doors for them, and ask girls out and pay for the first date. Modern people tend to be more feminist, and by that I mean the girl takes charge. she's the one who is supposed to ask the guy out and she can pay for the dinner and make more of the decisions. Chivalry(look it up if you're not sure) goes along with being traditional and saying guys should take the lead and do everything when comes to dating. I'm more traditional because I think a guy should call the girl first but oh well that's me.

the truth of it is that the rules have changed. That is a good thing. If you are female, and want to call a guy, go for it. You will be taking the same risk that they take calling a girl up. Either way, someone could hang up.
how do you know someone is interested? Ask him or her. Straight yes or no answers work well in this situation. And if that person hmmmm's and hawwww's about it, then they are not interested really, just don't have the balls to say NO.

if you're asking these questions then the guy is probably as young as you are...in which case he's not interested in being friends. He only want's to f' you. Don't believe that? Ask him! Tell him that you just want so no strings sex and see if he says yes or no...if he says no, it'll ruin your friendship then I'll apologize. But, I've yet to have to do that.
