There is a whole host of reasons my friend. Cocaine is thousands of tiny sharp little crystals and the nose is very delicate so snorting the drug can cause many micro cuts or other micro damage.
Cocaine will also eat away at the nose lining and septum. Regular / heavy users can have the septum 'eaten' away so a hole develops between the two nostrils. This usually heals if you stop or reduce your use soon enough, but in the meantime it can cause soreness and bleeding.
Cocaine is a stimulant so it will increase you blood pressure when you consume it. Like any fluid system under pressure this can cause leaks (ie bleeding) if any of the system is damaged or weakened. Since the blood vessels in the nose are already damaged by taking the cocaine, the increased pressure can also cause bleeding.
Cocaine can also dry out the nose - a dry nose tends to crack and split more, thus cause bleeds as well.

Well, cocaine (as opposed to Coca-cola) makes things constrict (blood vessels and areas of your body with which it comes in contact...like your nose). The nasal area can become damaged and scarred so that the damaged, eroding cartilidge can bleed or even form holes. These dried, damaged areas can also become infected.
P.S. While I support peoples' suggestions that you not do cocaine, I do wish people would give more helpful answers for you. You may not even snort it (yes...coke is snorted, crack is smoked), but just be someone who wanted to know because someone you know does it and you're concerned, or just out of curiosity. This additional comment was added because peoples' answers to this question are pathetic.

because your nose isnt made to have that s**t put up in there then you just let it sit for hours pumping more up there, and at the end of the night it just sits there some more, so when you blow your nose the next morning theres a whole bunch of blood right? heres how to not make your nose bleed when you do coke.............................. DONT DO THAT TRASH!!!! you think the blood is a good sign? no that stuff eats your nose away, you'll be paying for it later in life.
