It would be okay to eat... The freezing sort of puts the bread in suspended animation. The bread doesn't spoil becuase the bacteria and mold don't grow in the cold enviroment.
The only downside is the bread will tend to dry out becuase of the defrost cycle pulling what moisture out of the bread in the form of ice crystals.
Should make good french toast, stuffing or bread pudding.

A month or two maybe but still you'd likely only want to eat it toasted and within a day of taking it from the freezer...but a year...no, I'd toss it. The packaging it comes in isn't enough to protect it from freezer burn for that length of storage time and the taste of it might be pretty nasty.
Besides, any nutrients that the bread may have had will be pretty well toast by now.

It is perfectly safe, although it may have freezer burn, but allow it to thaw and sample it. If perchance it has had a bit of freezer burn on it, it can still be used for seasoned bread crumbs.
I can't believe all the wasteful people out there, people have been made to eat a lot worse because there isn't anything else and they are still alive.....stop being such primadonnas

Yeah, it's okay, but it'll still be stale when you defrost it. My family always throws the heels of a loaf in the freezer, and then at Thanksgiving we use those for stuffing.

Yes. It might be a little dehydrated depending on how it was wrapped. You can put it (or part of it) In the microwave with a glass of water.

No. Just the fact it's been frozen that long dooms it.

It should be safe to eat, but it may have freezer burn and either taste "off" or be stale.

you won't get sick or anything... but it will probably taste like a$$... best bet is to toast it before attempting to eat it. If you're hungry enough, you won't care.
