Whoa, where did you get this list? Not that it is completely innacurrate, but it also isn't giving you the whole story.
People sin. We just do. We are asked not to, and God expects us to do our best do not sin and especially not repeat past sins. But the bottom line is that we are still going to screw up. This is where we need God's mercy.
Take this list as a way to look at your life. Don't make it a scorecard, but more of a measuring stick. Give yourself a chance to think about WHY you do what you do. Did you get drunk last weekend becuase you wanted to escape from something or did you just not realize how much you had had to drink? My point is, instead of beating yourself up about what you do or don't do, take this as a chance to look at your reasons. Then you can take steps to become a better person.

Catholics are technically Christians... just some Christians have issues with what they believe... but nobody has it right yet...
"More specifically, who in here waited to be married to have sex? Or who is not married yet and has abstained?"
30 year old virgin... but not by choice...
"Who does not get drunk?"
Done it before but not my thing.
"Who goes to Church every Sunday?"
Not mandated. Alot of Christians argue that going to Church on Sunday is essentially the Christian version of the Sabbath. What the writer of Hebrews 4:7-10 says:
Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before:
"Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts."
8For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. 9There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; 10for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his.
So God isn't interested in Sunday. He's interested in today. We can rest from our work of striving to be perfect and let God transform the parts of our lives that aren't up to par.
"Who does not and has never used artificial means to prevent conception?"
I don't think its mandated but see answer #1.
"Who is responsive to the needs of the poor?"
I'm broke... If I had money though I'd open an orphanage in Africa because of the aids epidemic there.
"Who does not use the name of God in vain or curse?"
Not me.
...too make it more clear...
I've done that and I'm capable of doing much, much worse...

even though I'm not in your age limit, I'm a teen and half the stuff people think is for adults half of teens do anyway.
1. I will wait till I'm married
2. My dad was screwed by alcahol so I'm not going to drink too much at all
3. I don't go to church every Sunday, but I'm going more than I used to
4. never been on a date...yet..
5. Donate to charity every once in a while
6. say Oh My God at least 7 billion times a day, but that dosent really count
General rule of thumb: God dosen't care what you've done, as long as you are truly sorry for it and go to confession. Also, try to not do the things as much/again.
Keep the faith and God bless

Do not worry God already knows you are not perfect that's why he sent his only son to die for you! No one can live life completely as the bible says we should. When Adam and Eve made the decision to eat that lovely apple they ensured that all future descendants would be less then perfect. God already knows this and If you are willing to admit to him that you make mistakes and regret them he will show forgiveness...He loves his children no matter what they do!

Everyone has their flaws, including me. But the items on your checklist are not among my flaws. Incidentally, the correct term is "Catholics and other Christians", or "Catholics and Protestants", or better yet simply "Christians".
