She's not Saint Lilly, she's the "Lilly of Quito" St Mariana (de Paredes y Flores). She was actually a hermit. Today she'd be called an eccentric recluse. She was given to "visions" and is reputed to have brought someone back from the dead. (Yeah... sure ...)
