Sounds like loose wiring or a short.

Check the wires again. I had a problem like that once and so what I did was recheck the wires and found some wires not hook together. Sometimes that happens. If that's not the case than your speakers might be blow.

sounds like you may have a blown speaker. one at a time disconnect each speaker and see if that helps find the problem.

your speaker wire is grounding out by that i meen touching metal in your door. if you were to pull the speaker out i would garantee it would play
