First, you're 19. Your hormones are still fluctuating wildly. When I was your age I'd cry at least once a week. It was completely hormonal. As for your imagination - I think this is also normal for a lot of people. I went through the same thing as you. Started meditating from an early age. But I was always very imaginative. I built an imaginary world and stayed there often because it was far more interesting (plus it was a great retreat when I needed a break from any stress I had). Regarding my imagination - you know what I did with it? I began writing novels and short stories.
Just because you have an imagination and your hormones are out of control doesn't make you psycho or strange. Some people are naturally creative - others aren't. I still spend 80% of my time in my own fantasy world because, quite frankly, it's more interesting there and my real life is pretty boring. The difference is that now - I write it all down, seek publication for it, and share it with other people.
As for the hormonal stuff, just see your OBGYN and have them check your hormone levels. There are effective ways of leveling them and your doc can discuss those options with you.

The answer is in your question itself. You are living in your world of imagination and it is over time grown so strong that it is physically affecting you. Your created world is physologically seeping into your real world. Which is neither uncommon nor unique. It happens a lot of times with people.
It will just grow worse and worse and you fill start having very sharp pains when you are running high on emotions like fear, anxiety or sadness. This may even lead to Panic attacks and sometimes even to schizophrenia.
Get more active. Join some sports or do some or lot of outdoor activities. Get out in the real world and live it to the full. Good luck.

Every answer from anyone is an opinion. Some opinions are educated and thoughtful, some are not. I think (my opinion) is you need to get out and interact with other people. Meditation is for dope smokers and monks. Real people need to be communicating face to face with real people. Choose living. Go out and smile at someone. Have a nice day. Don't look down. Look up. Where you are looking is where you are going.

From what you've said, it sounds like you have a serious problem and are suicidal. My advise is you talk to your parents and ask them if you need medical attention. If you can't do that then I suggest you talk to your doctor.
You also need to get rid of things that encourage you to live in "not the real world" such as computer games and books such as Harry Potter.

you just said you have a strong imagination, so what are you really looking for here, it seems to me that you already know it's only make believe. lots of people cry for no reason mostly women, maybe it happens more often when you are on your period(it's normal) if it is to the extreme see your doctor.
