Nope, you don't need a Visa for a stop over in Kuwait. You will only need a Visa if you are actually getting off the plane and visiting Kuwait as a tourist or etc. :D

Depend on what you intend to do on the transit. Some time you have plenty of time and want to do a city visit. Then you need a transit pass from the transit desk, not a visa to get out of the airport Usually it will be in a group escorted, you will not be allowed out on your own..

I am sure that you dont need one. But if ever you do, you can get one upon arrival.
