I missed the most recent episode of Medium and I was wondering where I can purchase it, so I can watch it. I already checked iTunes and they do not have it.

I don't know but I would stay away from stuff that involves communicating with evil spirits that only exist to mislead you...Here are some interesting articles that deal with the matter of mediums and communicating with the dead.

The answer is that they are not available anywhere but HBO at this time. HBO is a premium channel and they are trying to force people to subscribe to HBO in order to watch the show. The irony is that there are illegal copies of True Blood floating around out there, being downloaded for free, without HBO getting a penny. But by insisting on subscription only, and providing no legal way of downloading episodes, HBO is missing out on the chance to make a profit by selling them to people (like you) who want to buy (or rent) them legally.
