i went out with a woman from work and participated in a sexual act that i guess is not so common. i believed it would be private......shared just by us. It is now clear that she told people at work what i was willing to do and now i fell a little ridiculed and embarrassed by others knowing. What is the best way to negotiate the fallout of my "mistake".

Dude wear it as a badge of honour - yep I was the one who did that (whatever THAT was ...) It will fade away soon enough. At the same time have a harsh word with the silly b*tch who couldnt keep her mouth shut.

The best thing you can do is go with the flow. Try and laugh your way or bluff your way out of it. Don't show your embarrassment as this will just feed their desire to make you feel like a freak. If you leave right now any time you ever bump into one of them you will feel horrible and they wont forget it. If you stay until it's old news it won't be quite so bad.
Hold your head up high, fake your way through it best of luck to you my friend.

Who cares what other people think? Maybe they're happy with their boring sex lives. One day they'll start to wonder if there's something different out there and then they won't be so shocked, they'll just be jealous they didn't find someone like you themselves. And, never do anything with her again, she obviously can't keep her mouth shut. Some things should remain private. Don't they look at her funny too?

boy I want to know what you did? depending on how embarrassing it is, you may have to find a new job, things like this are where the saying you don't s hit where you eat come from, or who knows maybe the word will get around and some other freak will want you to do the same to them, you always have to find a bright side of things!!

1. Never date from the work place. When relationships don't work out, you are stuck seeing this person every day, for years....

2. Ignore her gossip and say nothing.

3. Look for another job.

Look for another job or act normal. If people ask you about it tell them it's not any of their business.

Deny everything on the grounds that you are gay, impotent, a pedophile, etc.
Or become a hermit.
