How do you do this in Microsoft Word...?

I want to sublease my apartment and make fliers. In microsoft word, how do you make 'strips' on bottom of the flier to list your name and number. i've seen them done, they're vertical and about 15 'strips' at the footer. I do not want to write them out. how is this done?

Doing it in MS Publisher is better, there are templates in the program for it. In Word you may have to make text boxes, rotate them sideways and copy and paste them along the bottom of the page.
